Unlocking Dual Destiny:
Complete the main campaign of The Final Shape first.
In each of the three areas (The Landing, The Blooming, The Impasse), complete the highest level Overthrow public event.
After defeating the final boss of each Overthrow, a “Secret Keeper of the Witch Queen” enemy will spawn nearby. Defeat this enemy in all three areas.
Once all three Secret Keepers are defeated, the Dual Destiny mission will unlock on your map near The Blooming area.
